Our terms and conditions apply to across all our services which include therapy treatments, training courses and workshops and all products we sell online via our website.
Cancellations – the following apply
For all Therapy Treatments –

| Up to 5 days | Less than 5 days & up to 2 days | less than 48 hours |
For all Training Courses and workshops
We will refund your monies based on the following prior to your training course or workshop date of commencement:

| Up to 4 weeks | Less than 4 weeks and up to 2 weeks | less than 2 weeks |
Certification – Upon completion of your course we will issue you with a course certificate based on your competence and knowledge shown throughout the course. Usually, this is issues toward the very end of your course on the day, however, we may have to send to you in the post.
Products purchased online – for any product that you purchase from our online shop we will provide you with a refund for any unwanted items or for any damage.
All unwanted items must be returned to us at your cost of postage and completely undamaged. We will provide a full refund less the original postage and packing charges.
Any damaged items must be returned to us for a full refund.
Confidentiality – in line with our privacy policy and our GDPR statement it is our full promise that we will never disclose any of your personal information to any other party. Your information is held securely and we treat your information with the utmost of importance and respect.
